Outside Sales Employment Opportunities
MSN Construction and Management is seeking industry experienced Outside sales people for Miami, Naples/Ft. Myers and Tampa Markets.
The Salesperson's primary role is to develop new business opportunities in the
local construction market. Responsibilities include: visiting and developing
customer relationships with new and existing Multifamily communities, and commercial/retail
customers and write proposals.
The Salesperson will coordinate closely with our vendors and project manager to plan and execute the proposals/contracts. The development and execution of a detailed annual sales plan will also be a critical requirement for this position.
The position will require a person who is a self-starter and has good organization and communication skills. This position offers a competitive bonus/commission, expense reimbursement.
